How do I file a claim?

You can file a claim 24/7 through the Allstate mobile app, at allstate.com, or by calling 1-800-ALLSTATE. You can also contact Beth directly and she'll help guide you through the process.

Can I bundle my policies for a discount?

Absolutely. Bundling auto and home insurance is one of the easiest ways to save. We can also bundle renters, life, umbrella, and other policies for additional discounts.

Auto Insurance

What's the minimum auto insurance required in Texas?

Texas law requires 30/60/25 liability coverage: $30,000 per person for bodily injury, $60,000 per accident, and $25,000 for property damage. We typically recommend higher limits for better protection.

What is uninsured motorist coverage?

Uninsured motorist coverage protects you if you're hit by a driver who has no insurance or insufficient coverage. In Texas, it's optional but highly recommended.

Home Insurance

Does homeowners insurance cover flood damage?

No, standard homeowners policies do not cover flood damage. If you're in a flood-prone area, we can help you obtain separate flood insurance through the NFIP or private carriers.

What should I do after storm damage?

First, ensure everyone is safe. Then document the damage with photos, make temporary repairs to prevent further damage, and contact us to start the claims process.
